Entrepreneur, speaker, mentor, go-to emcee, connector, coach, corporate director, leader, traveller.  After many years in the Indigenous public service at the national, regional and local levels, Victoria launched her own businesses advancing Indigenous workforce inclusion in civil construction projects across Mi’gmaq territory.  She serves on numerous Indigenous boards and currently helps to shape federal policy by serving on the National Indigenous Economic Development Board.  In 2017, Victoria was selected to the Governor General Leadership Conference.

Nadia Petrolito is Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Communications Officer & Ethics Correspondent at L’Oréal Canada since 2014. In her current role, Ms. Petrolito is in charge of the Legal Affairs and Corporate Communications departments. She also heads the Corporate Responsibility Program, Sharing Beauty With All, which is an important priority for L’Oréal Canada as well as for the Group. Ms. Petrolito is a member of several boards and a matron for Centre des femmes de Montreal. Ms. Petrolito holds an Honors degree in Sociology of the University of Western Ontario and a Licence in Civil Law of the University of Ottawa. She was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 1998. She started her career in a reputable mid-sized firm and practiced as In House Legal Counsel for another consumer goods company before joining L’Oréal Canada. She was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women in 2017.
